Popped into Commercial Road branch this morning and was dealt with by Josh Rahman. Got to say his customer service was top drawer. Really polite, warm and welcoming and dealt with query superbly. Could not have been a better experience.

Really really bad customer service , really rude stuff, not helpful at all. Hopefully they do something about it because when you see the because if I can I never give any star to them.
