The service that I received was very friendly and efficient. The only negative part was having to discuss private finances at a table in an open office, amongst other customers, when really personal information should be discussed in a private office.

Worst bank...my daughter tried 3 times to get her child trust money from this bank..your workers don't no how to do there job properly been told she needs Id and letters to confirm who she is to then be told they won't except them and saying she needs more id so she's got all of it to then be told that you can't except...
