Never enough staff available so usually a long wait. It doesn't help that they've closed other branches in the area, so more customers come here.

Excellent service. Went in to open a couple of savings accounts for my son which I’d been unable to achieve online. Sam was really helpful and patient, problem solved in no time. Thanks.
