“Came here for impromptu dinner as was staying at Homefields Campsite down the road (highly recommended). Lovely lovely pub, done up lovely inside, and lovely setting. Food was decent but it was the service that really stood out. We ate on Friday 5th January and the girls working were incredibly polite and attentive. Manager very friendly. Shame we were doing dry Jan else we would have happily sat all eve having some drinks after our food! Would visit again.”

“Having had a short holiday in Sway (not staying at this hotel) we suffered a car malfunction which the very helpful local garage said would take several hours to repair, we opted to go to The Manor for lunch. On arrival we were told they didn’t serve lunch on a Monday, but on hearing of our predicament, invited us in to stay in their lounge as long as we needed and also offered to make some sandwiches for us which we accepted, together with coffee. We were there all afternoon and were offered further refreshments. We were more than grateful for their kindness and cannot thank them enough. Our car was finally fixed late afternoon and we were on our way for a 200 mile drive home.”

“We had a great stay here. Although there were renovations going on. The staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t have done enough for us. Customer service at its finest. Room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. Food was fresh hot and tasty , all be it a limited menu it was very nice. Massive thanks To Mark , Kirsten and Matthew for making our stay so nice. You work so hard and are a credit to your company.”
