“The staff in this very busy pharmacy do a marvellous job. Service with a smile and I imagine that their work load is massive. I used the new service where the pharmacist can prescribe for specific conditions and got ear drops for my granddaughter. It was such a lot of work on the computer for the pharmacist to do this and it took her away from being able to sort out prescriptions behind the counter. It is a big ask to now expect pharmacists to do this ON TOP of their current work load. I don't think it's really fair to be honest and could push many pharmacists over the edge.A great job today and thank you as my granddaughter's ear already feels better and now she won't be in pain over the weekend.”
