Miserable sour faced Manageress in menswear! Staff more than helpful.Managers should lead by example should really be an example to their teams not detrimental to the teams reputation!If I were a mystery shopper, the Manageress would be back in for basic training. If retail isn’t your thing, just find another job.

This is for NEXT in HedgeEnd. Wanted to return an item I had got in Southampton as it was faulty. Went on Sunday at 10:45 am. Did not see a sign about Sunday trading legislation and can only browse until 11:00 as store open from 11:00 to 5:00pm. Staff were at pains to tell me I had to wait - a little condescending.
