Went to this store couple of days ago and it was a great experience, they have a good perfume collection and star buys and members price makes things so much cheaper. Women with curly brown hair oldish with headset on is rude and annoying let’s the store down walked out and bought my stuff elsewhere

The store staff could do with more active listening and less entitlement. Particularly the self-important older woman with curly brown hair and a headset. I'm a loyal Superdrug customer and my recent store experience is disheartening.
