“Popped in today just to see if I was eligible for an upgrade on my sim only plan. And I was. I said that I didn’t have much time and the manager got someone who he knew was going to sort me out quickly. Within 10 minutes I was back out the door with a better plan than what I walked in there with. The manager even came over and offered us some chocolates (never had this before - amazing) The lovely chap looking after us was Jacob. His knowledge with regards to his job and his professionalism was superb. An asset to Vodafone. Will definitely be using this store again!”
