Absolutely disgraceful service. Happy to take money from Scottish customers as long as it’s English notes! Despite the fact that Scottish banknotes are legal currency and clearly state “Bank of Scotland,” I was told they’re not accepted, or that the machine wouldn’t take them. An absolute joke.
