I ordered some snacks and drinks via deliveroo and my order was canceled and upon calling the store they said there is only 1 person in the store and they won’t be able to make my order absolutely ridiculous

I think i this a good store best I've seen in England cause of the little bakery area and how they sell sandwiches because most don't and I give it a five star review ?????
