Very greatful for all the help in getting my dream boots( it was a lengthy process of reordering refunding and gift cards etc). And all that n the afternoon of a busy day with a SMILE:) Unfortunately I forgot the name of this lovely young woman :(.

Sofie helped my fussy son with school shoes. Unfortunately after all the messing about they didn't have the size and width reqired so she advised ordering them online or getting them in to store which we have. Thank you.
