The bank staff I find are always extremely rude. she even started an argument with me.I find it difficult going into this branch because I find the staff don't have training to deal with customers.To top it all if then the customer started moaning about me honestly don't go to nationwide they suck with customers!

Be warned staff rude and unhelpful. They manage to issue my money without security questions. Just a swipe of the card. Be warned. Closing my account as complaints team agree with no security and rude staff disappointed as been a member for 7 years.
