However, Anna answered all my concerns in a very positive way, she was most helpful giving me relevant telephone numbers to call to sort out the issues I have. I am going to call them soon so ?……I am also going to pay in a small amount online to my account as a ‘tester’ to ensure it is all correct and will call NBS in a day or so to confirm, then I will increase that amount. “I have used this branch many times. Friendly staff, fast and efficient. They also do great prices for home insurance. Shocked there are any bad reviews.As for opening times in lockdown, many businesses had to make adjustments for many different reasons. Don't complain, be grateful we still have a branch on the highstreet with people to talk to rather than waiting an hour on the phone to speak to someone who doesn't speak English.”
