“We had an issue relating to the sale of a property that needed correcting by Lloyds. We went into the Andover branch and were dealt with by Michelle. She was absolutely outstanding, and sorted our problem for us in an extremely friendly and efficient way. It’s been a long time since we received such excellent customer service, and all credit must go to Michelle for making what could have been a difficult issue into something relatively easily solved. “quite expensive and after (i think) 11pm they’re still open but if you want to buy anything you do it through a weird open and closing window. quite expensive but if you buy in quantity it’s cheaper than most places
for example a coke is like £2 alone, my corner shop is £1.85, if you buy 2 it’s £2.50, my local corner shop would be £2.70”

“I have used this branch many times. Friendly staff, fast and efficient. They also do great prices for home insurance. Shocked there are any bad reviews.As for opening times in lockdown, many businesses had to make adjustments for many different reasons. Don't complain, be grateful we still have a branch on the highstreet with people to talk to rather than waiting an hour on the phone to speak to someone who doesn't speak English.”

Spotless clean environment social distance maintained, customers wearing masks hand sanitizers available throughout the whole banking hall.Wheelchair accessible entrance.
