Visited here after ordering school shoes for my son at another Clarks but the wrong size was decided on so I needed to return them as the size was too small. I have recently visited Clarks shoe shop in Alton on two occasions. On both of my visits I was looked after by Charlotte who is very nice helpful and patient with an indecisive purchaser. Although I live in Guildford I will travel to Alton the next time I need new shoes due to the great service I received.
