“Visited here after ordering school shoes for my son at another Clarks but the wrong size was decided on so I needed to return them as the size was too small. Charlotte the manager was so extremely helpful and was so knowledgeable as my son is difficult to size due to his wide feet, he needed a bigger size with insoles - something only a more experienced staff member would know, which Charlotte helped us with. Would definitely really visiting this store if you want to be confident of good customer service!”
