“I came here on Saturday and was greeted by the most delightful young lady with glasses. She engaged immediately with my son and made him feel really special.My niece and nephew then came in for a fitting and again she was just brilliant at handling two different personalities. I was particularly impressed with how she engaged with my nephew who was struggling to communicate that day and she instinctively talked to him about castles (he was reading a book about Knights) and put him at ease.It is rare to find a childrens shoe shop with well trained and lovely team members. I will be back!”
