Very tiny shop, always crowded and a confusing browsing system where you squeeze through the store and then come back to the entrance to line up to be served.Went in to buy my little sister a charm for her birthday, every attendant in there was beyond rude. Came in today with a friend to get matching ingraved necklaces and we were served by the most lovely lady, I think her name was Fliss, she was so helpful and made the experience so enjoyable so I just wanted to say thank you to her xx
