“Upon arrival we were greeted by two lady’s who made me feel very welcome and valued, we were offered drinks and taken to the table where James met us along with Tatiana, they were very professional but had the perfect balance in engagement with ourselves which is what I look for, although we are ultimately there to buy a watch it’s also important to build a friendship and be able to speak about things other than the sale and we did this excellently. Overall it’s been my best experience buying a watch and I am hopeful to return in the near future.”

“Bought a birthstone charm via click and collect from here around 2 years ago, we live about an hour away. One stone fell out after about a year and when shopping in Birmingham we went into a store and asked about fixing it and were told it would have been covered by a two year warranty, but they couldn’t do anything without the receipt. I eventually found the receipt in my old e-mail account and contacted online customer services who told me that I had to go back to the store I collected it from! By this point due to customer service not being available over the weekend it was one day out of warranty! Anyway I e-mailed the Manchester store directly and explained and got an immediate reply asking for my phone number, within an hour the manager (I assume, her name was Danielle) had phoned the store nearest my home and arranged for me to collect it there. I spend a lot at Pandora as my daughter loves the brand, and my experience in Birmingham and with online customer services (not great!) had put me off a little, however this completely restored my faith in them. Great service”
