I really like the spirit of CEX — the staff are always kind, helpful and full of good energy. Yesterday I queued for quite a long time with patience, only to find out the item I came for (a female-to-female HDMI adapter) was showing online but wasn’t actually in stock. That was a bit upsetting after the wait.
Stood waiting none of the staff made any attempt to ask what I needed. One was helping someone which is fair but the other clearly saw me but disappeared to do something else so I just left the store. Commmunicate better if unable to assist or help your customers!
