“I really like the spirit of CEX — the staff are always kind, helpful and full of good energy. Yesterday I queued for quite a long time with patience, only to find out the item I came for (a female-to-female HDMI adapter) was showing online but wasn’t actually in stock. That was a bit upsetting after the wait.
That said, the staff were lovely — they explained things clearly and even suggested other places I could try, which I really appreciated. If it hadn’t been for the long queue and the stock issue, this would definitely have been a five-star visit.”
