“Was always felt a lot better before it became EE and was taken over by BT.Staff seem nice enough.Deals seem a lot more limited instore than they used to be.It seems like there are better deals online or so it seems.Staff seem to be pleasant and helpful as much the are able to.They don't appear to know why there seem to be clear disparities between insotre information and online BT information.It is a little confusing to say the least.Makes it much harder for us golden oldies.But you can only judge from your very own experiences of dealing with them instore.”

“I really like the spirit of CEX — the staff are always kind, helpful and full of good energy. Yesterday I queued for quite a long time with patience, only to find out the item I came for (a female-to-female HDMI adapter) was showing online but wasn’t actually in stock. That was a bit upsetting after the wait.

That said, the staff were lovely — they explained things clearly and even suggested other places I could try, which I really appreciated. If it hadn’t been for the long queue and the stock issue, this would definitely have been a five-star visit.”
