Very lazy staff need to be taken action and recruited new staff

I went into Argos to return some dumbbells I ordered which were the wrong weight. They weren't in opened, still had the white tabs around the box. The box was slightly damaged, as it was when I was collected. The assistant opened the box and claimed the weights had been used (they had never been opened!!!) yes they did... read full comment

Just been in very last minute (4:27 on Sunday ) and the staff were brilliant very funny who served us ??
