“A big thank you to all the staff at your Rochdale store ...after misplacing my phone thus afternoon the staff went to great efforts to help me find it ....as I had the phone on silent it was impossible to locate but the staff reassured me that they would contact me if it turned up. I am pleased to say it did. The thing that impressed me most was the way they communicated with each other , and they were all aware that a customer had lost her phone ....thank you once again”
