I used a £150 gift card for £77 of shopping then the girl at the counter threw my card away that still had money on it.

Tesco didn't want my custom today. I'd spent about an hour in store, only to be told they won't accept my clubcard because it was a screenshot. You need to update your clothing floor opening hours. It says on your site that F&F closes at midnight but in store, you close it off at 9pm. Really helpful.
