“Had the misfortune to visit the post office counter in w.h.Smiths today. Spent 14 mins in line, down one of the aisles awaiting service. Normally, not one to complain, but nearing the counter noticed there was only one staff behind the counter and 1 staff on the floor helping people with packages etc. The 1 staff behind the counter was under siege from a growing line. Come on Post Office, 2 staff at least. Thank you.”
“I love a waterstones. This one is pleasant but small. They moved from a much bigger store to this one and it's a shame. Obviously they did it because there wasn't enough foot traffic to justify the old location. But the new place doesn't have the same selection. Still, it's a Waterstones. You know what you're getting and while small... Its still mighty.”
