I visited B&Q Oldham twice over the weekend and was assisted by Adele, who was outstanding. She turned a frustrating situation into a positive one with her exceptional service and kind attitude. I left feeling extremely happy and grateful as she went above and beyond!

Tried over 2 days to get paint mixed, waiting for the slowest man to serve everyone, needs two people on that paint station. Then when I eventually waited to be served, he went to the person who was waiting behind me! Then I had to say something! Just really bad customer experience.
