Woman refused to give me my evri parcel I had paid for because the shop was 'too busy' there was one person behind me in the queue.... then said they won't let people collect parcels between 12-2 which is the only time I and I'm sure a lot of other people who work in the city centre can collect. It's a small shop, cramped in places but the staff are friendly and helpful - I still prefer the big out of town tesco's but wanted to leave a review purely due to the staff being nice people.

Really helpful and honest customer service . One person was on hand to show me how the slightly different scanning system worked on checkout .After the machine asked me to insert my card instead of scanning I stupidly forgot to remove it .
