There's tills upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs they're busy and the queue is very long but upstairs plenty of till space. The lady is too busy playing with tennis balls upstairs she couldn't serve me upstairs. Little things like these are annoying. No wonder people shop elsewhere for a speedy and kind service.
