No hot water to shower with or wash your hands. No compensation or refund offered currently. Room is lovely though with a great view.
I would also fix the wording of your 'chargeable parking space' as it makes it sound like you have a place to charge electric cars.

Massive issue with toilets, someone in hotel had obviously blocked the toilet pipes which caused our toilet to back up a lot. Reported this to staff several times and they said they couldn’t do anything. As a result of this we had to restrict how many times we went to the toilet. Room very basic, stayed in premier inns all over the country and the rooms are a let down. They are clean but dull and need updating. Reception is not inviting. But staff are very friendly. Expected more from such a great location.
