“Purchased a silent night mattress with the help of Zakaria, his customer service was excellent, his communication was insightful and his approach was delightful. Thanks you very much for making the whole stressful process easier. Definitely a bed specialist.”

“Location was good for me. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was good, clean bathroom and great size TV.

I would have graded my be room 5 if i didn't have a connecting door to the next room , this meant i could hear people next door.

Breakfast reasonable value if pre-booked (£15).

Otherwise a great hotel and would stay here again.”

“Upon moving to Manchester for a position at The University of Manchester, I opted for this hotel due to its convenient location near the university. My two-week stay here was smooth and hassle-free. I opted for the unlimited breakfast, which was comprehensive and included all essential items. The room provided was satisfactory, meeting all my expectations. Based on my experience, I would endorse this hotel to others.”

“The room was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you would want, clean bathroom, and a nice lounge at ground level. This hotel is also very close to the station making it very convenient, but also a short walk to nearby restaurants and pubs.”

“Fantastic hotel. We stayed in a junior suite. Bed was amazing, bathroom was gorgeous. I've stayed in lots of Holiday Inn hotels and this is by far, my favourite. All staff we met were great. Had a late checkout as an IHG member. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Had stayed in the Crowne Plaza before, twice, but I would chose this hotel next time.”

“I normally stay in a hotel 4 times the price but can't believe the value for money of Premier Inn Piccadilly. Under £70 including unlimited breakfast! The room was lovely, location perfect - literally 2 minutes walk from the train station, vegan breakfast spot on (never stayed anywhere that uses 'This Isn't' bacon!) plus the mushrooms are vegan friendly and not cooked in butter - which is a rarity! All of the staff were lovely. I stayed on 5th June and wanted to say a special thanks to your staff member who I met then and as I checked out the day after (I should have asked for her name but didn't, she has long dark hair, tattoos on her arms) anyway she was fab, really friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be staying again. Fab hotel.”

“Great location close to a beach downside but rather handy car park. Also connected to a Starbucks which was needed in the morning!

Hotel itself had friendly staff and a good food menu and drinks options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and would use them again.”

“We went with our friends for tea fish, chips, mushy peas, tatar sauce and bread and butter plus a drink all for £20 a couple. An absolute bargain. Excellent food and good service. We highly recommend. We then stayed and had a few more drinks good pub atmosphere.”

“A good selection of items and helpful staff. Website difficult to navigate. Eg lots of filters for blinds but no filter for size which is possibly the most important factor”

“Stayed here in connection with visiting Old Trafford and for that it is a perfect hotel, far enough away to have peace and quiet but still so close that you can easily walk back and forth.

Nice service from the employees and the room was a nice size as well as clean and nice.”

“The hotel is in a handy location with safe and decent parking for both the city centre and velodrome. The place itself has seen better days and is possibly getting ready for a refurb, but was clean and tidy and moist things worked other than the TV remote which was temperamental. There is a good bus service into the city. We did not eat in the hotel by choice so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again because the location is very handy for us.”

“Love love love it here, sad about no bananas or kiwis at breakfast, that's the only gripe I have, the beds were so comfy, didn't want to get up to go for breakfast. Rooms very clean.Nearby activities: Loads to do in Manchester, great stay for venues.Walkability: 10 minute walk to 02 ApolloFood & drinks: We didn't use the bar but breakfast was good.”

“Had a 1 night stay here...it's a great location next to cinema and food halls. The room was clean and needed a little paint touch up. But on the whole it's was good for what we needed it for.”

“A hotel very well located in Manchester, which allows access to all places in 10 minutes maximum. The rooms are good but there is a lack of equipment: a blanket would be welcome because the duvets are quite thin. The windows are not perfectly insulated, which lets in a lot of noise and cold from outside. Also, it would be interesting to have small towels in addition to the large towel.Despite these flaws, the staff is very welcoming and even agrees to leave belongings at reception before check-in and after check-out, which is very appreciated.I had a good stay in this hotel, I recommend it for anyone looking for inexpensive accommodation in the center of Manchester to spend a few days.”

“We had a small room, but it was clean and well kept, as was the rest of the hotel. Manchester central arena Travelodge is ideally placed being very close to the arena and a short walk from the city centre passing by a beautiful cathedral on the way. The staff were wonderful from the start. We would definitely visit this hotel again.Rooms: Our room was small but was everything we needed.Nearby activities: We attended the arena nearby. The city center is packed with shops, restaurants, bars, museums, great architecture and music. There was a fabulous silent disco tour which was fun to see.Safety: We felt very safe at the hotel, I was even surprised that after the concert they had security at the front entrance to check that everyone entering was meant to be there. There were people trying to get in but were stopped by security.Walkability: This hotel is minutes from Victoria train station and only ten minutes away from the city centre if you are walking with someone with little legs. There is some construction going on in the area but the safety of pedestrians has been well taken care ofFood & drinks: Good food at the hotel, with great service but so much choice in the city centre too. Absolutely spoilt for choice.”
