My wife and I popped in for a coat each. Nice clean shop, good layout but couldn't really find what we wanted.An assistant named Hugo (yes, but not that one) helped us and was really just fantastic. Some staff need more training here. I’ve been in half a dozen times in the last year and each time the level of service I have received has been different. I asked for a shirt, I got asked what collar size I am, I responded saying I think because each company I buy shirts from I am between 3 sizes. The assistant responded... read full comment
