“My wife and I popped in for a coat each. Nice clean shop, good layout but couldn't really find what we wanted.An assistant named Hugo (yes, but not that one) helped us and was really just fantastic. He delivered excellent customer service, he listened to what we wanted and made good recommendations. Would definitely shop there again”

“I just went in to see what was on offer in the sale, this store use to be very busy towards the end of the week at one time. It was a Thursday and not many people in on all floors, I'd say more staff than customers. It's definitely gone down in my estimates and yes I know most shop online these days, but I'm one of those that prefer to shop in store!”

“I got 1st class customer service when I bought a dress in the Arndale Store today - from both the sales assistant Amena and the store manager Connor. I was super impressed with the friendliness & helpfulness and Amena even went the extra mile by getting the Selfridges concession to send over a dress I wanted which they weren't stocking in the Arndale store, not to mention the 10% discount I was offered by signing up to the mailing. Well done guys, I can't wait to wear my purchase :) x”

“Been poppin’ in and out of here for a long, long time. Gem of a place, a great variety of labels and always seem to have the ‘best of’ current collections ….Went in for some Karhu’s, was flustered and in a mad rush. The guys there were super cool, patient and helpful. Big love.”

“Spacious, huge store. I like going to New Look. The smallest size they do for hoodies is a M and it's very oversized on a very small person like me, but it's very very cozy simultaneously. It has a limited selection of denim jeans, unfortunately. Definitely check out their hoodies and jumpers though. Staff are friendly.”
