I have been trying to reach the pharmacy at this branch all day, from 9 AM to 4 PM, but they haven't answered the phone once. There’s no other way to contact them. Boots, please check your phone lines.

Intense security guard just followed me around while I look for a salicylic acid spray. Was clear I couldn't find something but she just stared at me the whole time. Left and went to superdrug.
