Bless the one girl who was on her own to cover the counter, parcel collections, and dressing rooms in what was a hectic store. Avoid collecting parcels here! Had 3 parcels due to be collected, one only being there 1 day and the other 2 due there for 7 more days and they returned all my parcels!
Items were high in demand and are sold out with no more stock coming.
Ridiculous! Management have no explanation for it, no apology or anything!
