Called in without an appointment, had to wait approximately 30 minutes which was OK. Member of staff was competent, knowledgeable and reassuring. I was able to sort out my issue very quickly. Whilst I was waiting I overheard a cashier dealing very competently and discreetly with a customer who was causing some concern... read full comment

Customer service is really excellent. no appointment necessary. there is someone to help you at the entrance and there are tellers for any other banking needs you have.
