Whilst I was waiting I overheard a cashier dealing very competently and discreetly with a customer who was causing some concern to the cashier.”

“Attended to talk about my accounts and what my options are for changing current, savings and ISAs. Ben asked me if I needed any help when I was in the queue, he was very helpful and happy to help. Talked to me for as long as I needed and explained all the different types of accounts available and what the accounts I currently have mean. Very professional, did not advise me and simply gave me information I needed to make decisions on my accounts. Very good experience.”

“Sainsbury's in Altrincham is a good supermarket, it's located in the town centre, with a large car-park, facilities inside include a Starbucks, Argos, Lloyds Pharmacy and a Sushi Gourmet counter. While it isn't the most modern of Sainsbury's locations in terms of appearance, the store was clean, I also liked how they had bags at the entrance for those using Sainsbury's Smartshop, this is such a simple thing to do but many supermarkets seem to forget this, so I'm glad they do this here. The selection is generally pretty good in most areas including dairy, free-from, beverages and alcohol. In certain areas, I don't find the labels to be clear, especially where many items of the same/similar range are packed together, I actually struggled to find an item which was right in front of me at first, because of this. 4* - Good supermarket in Altrincham town centre, but with many good supermarkets within Altrincham it has to do more in order to compete, I think it's doing that. This store has improved so much from my visit in 2017, where I planned to never return here.”

“We have used Capify for business loans, I always dealt with Daniel Bempah and I can't fault his customer service. Daniel is very easy to talk to, friendly and helpful, I would recommend asking for him if you are enquiry. The company can be quite pushy as expected but they are just trying to make a sale and gain new customers.The costs for the loans are high but it was helpful at the time and we received payment the same day we requested. So if you're in a sticky situation or need funds straight away then Capify can definitely help but it is costly and so doesn't always help in the long run.”
