“We went to Sudbury Chemist based on The Express Clinic listing for a PCR testing before we travel. Upon entering the premises, a cheerful lady welcomed us warmly. As we explained our purpose of visit, a friendly voice (male) from the back chimed in and we were given clear and simple instructions to prepare for our tests. A gentleman conducted the tests for us; he was detailed, professional and very gentle. Our medical visit turns out to be a delightful and jolly experience. “I've been going to this pharmacy for years (over 40 yrs) and everyone has always been very professional & courteous. Things haven't always gone to plan, thanks to GP prescription errors but I've always been advised on how to deal with it. It's also usually open for a few hours on a Sunday which can be really useful. It's a family run pharmacy & I always get a warm welcome when I go in. However, like us, they are human and sometimes circumstances, like being short-staffed, can affect them. But I've found that you tend to get treated in the way that you treat others. I'd like to thank them for taking on a new assistant, who is alert, friendly and knowledgable. “Attended the pharmacy at 31 Town centre in Hatfield. The older lady is very nice and always polite but the younger girl was incredibly rude when I came to deliver my script. She initially seemed irritated as if I had given her more work that she didn't want to do, and then telling us it was for the next day before turning her back on us as we were mid sentence and just waved us off as if she couldn't be bothered. Incredibly rude and judgemental. Service is slow, even though there are no customers. Asked a question and she ignored us...”

“Place works for me 99% of the time.Last visit asked to return after an hour. Maybe they where trying to save me time but it really isn't helpful.Plus why is the bank holiday opening hours nowhere to be seen.Just went on Good Friday at 9:50 and they are closed and no signage to say what the hours of operation are over the bank holiday weekend.”
