“I visited the Ealing Broadway branch on Thursday morning , 15th febMy daughter had an earache and I wanted to know if they could prescribe her some medication. I was served by a very polite young lady (blondish hair) whose name I didn’t get. She asked the help of another pharmacist and they both checked my daughter’s ears. They recommended some ear drops but unfortunately they didn’t have them in stock. They then called across to Superdrug who were not answering the phone , so the young lady kindly walked down with me and asked their pharmacist if they had the drops. Unfortunately they didn’t either. I managed to get them from another pharmacy but I wanted you to know what wonderful customer service i received from both the pharmacists at your store. This lady went above and beyond in trying to get me the ear drops. She deserves a medal from her extreme politeness and professionalism.”
