“I scalded my self recently.I called into Andres Pharmacy.for advice .The Asian lady advised me as to how to care for my wound.She was so professional and helpfull .She recommended creams and dressings and advised me to come back the following week.My wound cleared up no infection no scarring.I was so pleaded with her advise and suppor are very helofull..I would recommend Anres .staff are all so helpfull”

“Wonderful experience. We wanted a flu jab for mum (94 year old) to be administered at home. None of the local chemists were ready to assist, including mum’s own chemist. Nowells came to the rescue. The pharmacy is well stocked with over the counter medication; good range of daily vitamins and supports.They have a robot that makes pill boxes for the elderly which they claim increase compliance and reduces error in taking medication.They currently provide free Delivery locally, which has been of great help to my relatives who cannot attend the pharmacy.In addition they provide travel vaccine service (not NHS), a private prescriber is accessible who can provide urgent appts to treat minor ailments, ear irritation and micro suction to clean ear wax by appointment.Pharmacy doesn’t provide parking but you can easily find one on side roads, free for 2 hours by Harrow council.”

“the best experience here! the digital print out machine was out of paper and the staff all made their best efforts to fix it, but unfortunately it was a bit complex but one of the lovely colleagues suggested i went over to st david’s boots to try their and offered me a refund, much to my surprise as i was walking over to st david’s, one of the guys who was helping to fix the machine had ran my photo over there and walked me over to the store, honestly so so happy and thankful, i didn’t catch your names but thank you for going above and beyond ❤️”
