We got to Southall branch and the lady went above and beyond to help us transfer the fund that had to be done that day. I was pleasantly surprise how helpful they were after seeing not so many good google review. Unfortunately people tend to leave more review after bad service than good service.Thank you to the lady who helped us whose name we forgot but we know you moved to london from Birmingham long time ago:).”
