“Very good service the only que ive seen is during pandemic lockdowns they use all 3 counters so they keep the fast flow..i can be out in 10 mins my dad uses the halifax and he ques for 45 to over an hour they one and maybe 2 on the counter if they have a large que and they dont pur 3rd counter on unless the que is out the door have staff not on the counter walking about hes 78 years old he needs to come to nationwide”

“The staff at this Hounslow branch went above and beyond to help me when I had to make an urgent payment which I could not do online. This is not my local branch and I had to travel there all the way from Golders Green. The Barclays staff at the Golders Green branch didn’t have any walk-in appointments available on that day and refused to help me find an appointment in another branch, although I explained I had to make an urgent payment. What I did next was to call customer service in order to find available walk-in appointments. I was lucky enough to find Rami on the phone. Rami who is working at the Hounslow branch, helped me to find a walk-in appointment at the Hounslow branch, after checking first a number of other Barclays branches closer to where I live.When I eventually went to the Hounslow branch, Rami had notified his colleagues and shortly after my arrival I made the payment and everything went smoothly. The Hounslow staff were very polite and helpful. Their colleagues at Golders Green branch should take notice and try to match the same level of customer service I experienced at the Hounslow branch.”

“It's very convenient to have cash deposit machine at the bank. There are two machines at Lloyds Bank treaty center but no matter when you visit only one is operational. This issue results in unnecessary queues and precious time is wasted. This could have be easily avoided but nobody paid attention to it. It has been 2 years and it's still the same.”
