went at 10am - new branch but only 1 counter . 3 desks and a queue with no seats for elderly unless they seeing a manager at the desk . opening hours do not suit those who work full time and they make it so hard simply to even register for online banking or access YOUR OWN MONEY in your account or account of your elders... read full comment

Very careless staff stood in the queue for nearly 15 mins. They were free but instead of serving people they were on their phone.Very unprofessional.
