Absolutely terrible and rude staff. I'm posting this on behalf of my mum who shops here A LOT and will never be coming back after being treated horribly by the staff. Whoever runs this place should be embarrassed.

We bought a leather jacket for our granddaughter in February. In March she had an accident and tore the jacket quite badly. So impressed with the free repair service offered. We had to take it into a London store to find out if it could be repaired and they sent a photograph off to see if it was possible. Shame we could... read full comment

Awful Quality – Completely Let Down by AllSaints
