“We bought a leather jacket for our granddaughter in February. In March she had an accident and tore the jacket quite badly. So impressed with the free repair service offered. We had to take it into a London store to find out if it could be repaired and they sent a photograph off to see if it was possible. Shame we could not send a photograph direct, or our local store send one, as it meant a 7 hour round trip just to find out if it could be repaired. Joe, in the White City store was amazing, so helpful. The jacket was repaired FOC, thank you so much. We would have happily paid for it to be returned but the policy is to send it back to the shop, so another 7 hour round trip to collect it. Despite all the travel, we are very grateful.”

Latifa was incredibly positive, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout my visit. She truly made my experience smooth and enjoyable. In my opinion, she represents the ideal employee for JD – a real asset to the company!

“Absolutely amazing staff here at the Westfield store. Took my 8 year old to have his feet measured and see about new school shoes. The staff there were very considerate of my sons additional needs. What was lovely was that they tried to engage with him whilst I had a look at the shoes. It was really moving to see that they took a genuine interest in communicating with him whilst I thought I needed to rush in case there was a meltdown or if he tried to wander off. They definitely went above and beyond. I just wish clarks had the stegosaurus line in bigger sizes! Highly recommend the staff at this store ?”

“My sisters and I had a great experience at FootAsylum due to a sales advisor called Amal who had the best customer service attitude ever. It was my sister’s birthday and we were debating between Nike’s and New Balance shoes, and Amal was clear and professional in her advice and understood my sister’s requirements. She gave pros and cons to both and even showed us alternatives to give us more options, all while getting to know us. Amal made our shopping experience memorable and we couldn’t recommend her or the store enough!”

“My young son went to buy a pair of Astro boots but, unfortunately, wasn’t able to pay for them at the time. He spoke to a staff member—we believe his name is Bernard—who kindly agreed to hold them until closing at 9 PM. Thankfully, I managed to get there in time and found Bernard still working hard. True to his word, he had kept the boots for my son. Such a lovely guy!
It was disappointing, however, that no one else seemed interested in helping. Why do so many staff members often appear uninterested, frustrated, or disengaged with customers? I understand that, at times, customers can be difficult, but a little kindness and effort go a long way.”
“I would like to point out one of the workers there, her name is "Nina" and she gave me an excellent service. I don't often go to this shop but when I do I somehow always see her and I see that she's a very hard worker.”
