“Love River Island; there's not too many stores in London. This one has a good selection of ladies, mens and kids clothes, shoes, accessories and fragrance. It always seems to have the latest ladies stuff from their website in stock. The staff are helpful and polite. Always manage to get a sale bargain too!”

“Absolutely delightful experience shopping at this store! I had bought a coat from a different New Look store and had 2 issues : I realised I wanted a different size and the person at that store had forgotten to remove the security tag. So with these issues and the receipt I went to this New Look store and the lady at the store was very nice about the whole thing. I ended up buying a different coat altogether and she made the return and buying the new coat very seamless. Unfortunately I couldn't ask her name but she definitely needs a big kudos! :)”

“Asked for sz 10, got an 11 instead. Kind of glad i got the 11s though as they fit a bit untrue to size for a particular pair of shoes. The whole crew was hospital to myself and my peers, even cut some crazy deals off some items. Very friendly staff and there was no rush getting us out the store. Will be back for more for sure”
