The customer service and the people who’s working within is horrible. They ain’t friendly and very rude. Especially there’s one girl who has a very bad attitude. Overall do not waste your time going to this store.

Unhelpful experience with the store manager. Shop assistant applied lateral thinking which improved the experience. As a result of my experience today, I will not be using New Look again.

Terrible customer service, arrogant lazy staff, especially the guy with long dirty looking greasy hair. Nobody in this branch seems to like their job and it shows. Such a depressing place to shop. I definitely won’t be going back
