I have been a frequent customer of this store?both offline and online?for the past 1.5 years. However, after experiencing extremely rude behavior from a female employee at this branch, I?ve decided never to shop here again. We are paying with our hard-earned money; we are not taking anything for free. Such disrespectful behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable. Thank you.

Clean, tidy, and well organised store. Very polite and helpful staff, who are keen to help. Didn't spend too long queuing either.

Unhelpful experience with the store manager. Shop assistant applied lateral thinking which improved the experience.

Terrible customer service, arrogant lazy staff, especially the guy with long dirty looking greasy hair.
Nobody in this branch seems to like their job and it shows. Such a depressing place to shop. I definitely won?t be going back

I had a pleasant interaction with the cashier, but the security guard, a man with glasses, made me feel uncomfortable. He kept staring at my baby while I was trying on shoes. I found the situation unsettling and left because I was worried for my baby's safety.
