“Started selling online in Feb ‘23- was a bit nervous using other couriers, which is now overcome. Love the staff. Jai is like your cool Dad and the other guy is like an uncle. The new lady is also very helpful. They’re used to seeing me with lots of parcels and make jokes if the queue is short. Some of the customers can be annoying - a stocky guy came in with his bicycle- staff including Jai asked him to take his bike out. He refused and they still served him to hush his verbal abuse. Unfortunately I wasn’t well that day, otherwise I’d have kicked him out myself. No one talks to Jai like that and gets away with it. The rest of the shop however is over priced and unfortunately- no prices on the items…they make up the prices as the go along. If it’s good you’re after….sainsburys is up the road.”

“As a local I have gone there for over 13 years and never had an issue. Staff seem very friendly and always up for a chat. Queues can sometimes be long, but this is no different to other post offices. Fine and love using them and will continue to.”
