“I hope my comment will be seen by the staff of this post office.Today, during my lunch break, I went to the post office and found it busy, but the staff were nice and helpful. However, there are always some ridiculous people in this world. A guy who was acting normal suddenly shouted at the manager. It was just horrible. I felt bad for the manager, for having to deal with such a nonsense reason and person.I just want to tell the manager that he has done well, and his colleagues tried to support him. I felt warm-hearted and appreciated that there is still hope in this world.‼️A kind reminder to everyone, please remove your helmets when you enter the post office, as it is required for security reasons and cameras are on. We all know how unsafe London can be. Even in my own country (Taiwan, the 3rd safest country in the world), citizens are required to take off their helmets when in the post office. Respect is earned by showing respect to others. Let's be kind and safe.❤️”

Mind you, she hasn't got much competition! As another poster here said, they've always got smiles on their faces, even when under pressure. Very efficient, too.
